Sithatha Media - terms and conditions
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Sithatha Media is a business in the media and publishing industry that creates and sells books, films music and other media.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery confirmed by way of an emailed and numbered invoice.
3. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Sithatha Media is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sithatha Media will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30% administration fee.
Books, CDs and other media are non-refundable once the original packaging has been removed. Should you wish to return an unopened product, please write to us at: contact@sithatha.com.

4. Customer Privacy policy
Sithatha Media shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard using the Stripe payment platform.
6. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sithatha Media via Stripe, which is an approved payment gateway that complies with applicable legislation. Stripe uses the strictest forms of encryption, as outlined at https://stripe.com/docs/security.
7. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details (names, addresses, etc) are stored by Sithatha Media separately from card details which are entered by the client on Stripe's secure site. Sithatha Media does not have access to clients' card numbers.
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Australia.
9. Responsibility
Sithatha Media takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of Australia.
11. Variation
Sithatha Media may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
